Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–7 business days.
Shipping times are not guaranteed, as USPS may experience occasional delays, but we will always mail your order within the 3-business-day processing window.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Free Shipping: Orders over $60 ship free.
Standard Shipping: Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.99.

Please measure twice and order once to help ensure the best fit for your pup.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, customers are responsible for the reshipping cost.

Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the product is defective, in which case we will provide a free prepaid return label. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.
