Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind every product we sell.

Returns

We accept returns on items that are unused and in new condition.
We do not offer exchanges.

  • Within 30 days: Refund to the original form of payment, minus shipping.

  • Within 31–60 days: Store credit, minus shipping.

  • After 60 days: Returns are not accepted.

  • If you received free shipping and return the entire order, a $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for website orders unless we sent the wrong product or there is a quality issue. In those cases, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

Bandana Returns

Bandanas must be returned completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, free of pet hair, odor, smoke, and creasing. Because they sit directly against your dog’s neck, any signs of use make them not resellable and therefore ineligible for return.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Sizing Reminder

Please measure your dog carefully to ensure you order the correct size.
