SIZING

Every dog’s body is different….please take time to measure your pooch so that your new gear fits perfectly!  Measure twice and order once.  

• Each product page on our site has a specific size guide so please make sure that you're looking at the appropriate chart.
• Always measure before you buy. Harnesses and collar sizes do not correspond.  Please read the correct size chart.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer as a courtesy free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders less than $50 will have a flat $4.99 shipping and handling fee.  

Orders will ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 2-7 days of transit time.  

We strive to be as green and bio friendly as possible.  The majority of our products are packaged in eco-friendly packaging and mailers.

RETURNS

• We accept returns of items that are unused and in new condition.  We do not offer exchanges.
• Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus shipping.  If you received free shipping and return the entire order, there will be a $4.99 restocking fee.
• Returns received within 31-60 days of original purchase will receive a store credit. minus shipping.   If you received free shipping and return the whole order, there will be a $4.99 restocking fee.  
• We can not accept returns after 60 days.  
• If you received the wrong product, or there is a quality issue, we will of course provide a free return shipping label. 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. 

Please include the packing slip or your order ID number so that we can issue a refund/credit, minus shipping.  Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for website orders.  We suggest tracking your order.
